CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER (WEST), Steve Worrall

Steve Worrall joined RDSA in 2011 as a Product Support Specialist after nearly fifteen years previous experience with heavy equipment and the mining industry. After completing his apprenticeship in the West Australian Goldfields, Steve spent two years working overseas before returning to WA to join prominent underground equipment hire company Pit N Portal, rebuilding mining equipment and working in field service.
Steve subsequently became an owner-director in a labour hire and line boring company before joining the growing RDSA team to further pursue his career in the underground mining industry. Steve brings deep technical and customer service experience to his role where he has quickly become highly valued amongst RDSA’s customers.

Steve is a qualified Plant Mechanic.

PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, David Mackrill

David Mackrill joined RDSA in June 2010 as a Product Support Specialist in our Technical Services team, providing over 20 years of field service work and experience across all aspects of OEM Rigs and Rockdrills. David has previously worked for companies including BHP Billion and Cummins Diesel. During his time working at BHP Billiton he was Captain of the Mines Rescue Team for 6 and a half years. He offers a hands on approach to site problem solving.

David is qualified as an Engineering Tradesperson (Mechanical)
